We want you to love your Kylie Skin products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and kits must be returned in full.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
